UPCET Counseling Procedure 2022

Students who meet the criteria for the UPCET 2022 examination can register themselves for the counseling procedure from the official website of IMS Engineering College. Given below are some of the steps for the UPCET 2021 counseling process that students must check before proceeding further:

1.         Registration, Uploading of Official Documents and Payment of Fee

The very first step in UPCET counseling is to finish the registration procedure from the official website of IMSEC. After filling in all the necessary details in the registration form, students have to make an online payment of the UPCET 2022 counseling fee. Students also require to upload related documents as mentioned in the earlier notification on the counseling portal of UPCET.

2.         Documents Verification

After completing your registration, the concern authority will verify all the documents uploaded in the UPCET counseling form by students. After the completion of document verification, students will get a confirmation message at their registered mobile number. If any discrepancy is found in any of the documents uploaded in the counseling form, UPCET will get in touch with the student through a registered email ID/ phone number.

3.         Choice Filling & Locking

After the successful completion of document verification, students have to fill their preferred college and course choices from the UPCET Counseling portal only. Students are advised to fill in as various choices as possible in the UPCET choice filling form.

4.         Seat Allocation

The seat allocation will be made based on JEE Main score and all India rank. Students can ensure their seat allocation status 2022 from the login window of the portal.

5.         Verification of Seat and Online Keenness

Students selected seats in the individual counseling round have to verify their seats. Students can choose any one of the given below option.

• Withdrawal: If student is not pleased with the seat allowance to him/her and does not want to contribute in additional rounds of counseling.
• Freeze: If a student is pleased with the seat allowance to him then he/she may freeze it.
• Float: If a student is not pleased with the seat allowance to him/her and wants to improve it in the subsequent rounds.

6.         Reporting to Allotted College

Students must arrive at the college as per the date given to them. Students require to bring all the necessary documents with the seat receiving fee receipt and seat allowance letter. Students pleased with their seat allowance have to report to their particular colleges for additional admission procedure.
